Eli Refurbishments is a small refurbishment business based in Romford. It works on houses and flats across Havering, east London, wider London and Essex, from one room to a whole home.
Kitchens and bathrooms are stripped out and refitted, and floors are laid in laminate, LVT, engineered or solid wood. Carpentry covers internal doors, skirting, architraves and fitted wardrobes. The team also repairs staircases and fits new balustrades, paints inside and out, applies silicone render and puts up fences and gates.
Clients can usually stay in the house while the job goes on. Eli arranges the electrician and Gas Safe engineer when a project needs them. Each job is priced after a free visit to the property.
