How far in advance should I book end of tenancy cleaning?
Ideally 3-5 days, though we regularly accommodate next-day bookings. End of month is our busiest period - if you’re moving on the 28th-31st, book at least a week ahead. We’ve done same-day emergency cleans, but your stress levels (and ours) prefer advance notice.
What if my landlord or agent still isn’t satisfied?
We return within 48 hours to address any concerns - no charge. This happens rarely (about 0.5% of jobs), and it’s usually something subjective like “the grout could be whiter.” We fix it anyway. Your deposit matters more than our pride.
