Logistics are simple and predictable. Most purchases over £150 are delivered free to the UK mainland and Ireland on an economy 3–5 day service, with an optional TNT 48 upgrade for small items. Courier deliveries require a signature. Returns are accepted when customers notify them within 7 days of receipt and return goods within 14 days unused and in original condition.
Installed items, made-to-order or personalised products, and gift vouchers are excluded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days, excluding original delivery and return costs. Preorders are available with payment taken to reserve stock; estimated dates may change, and cancellations before dispatch receive a full refund.
