Dr Kavita Deepak-Knights is a highly experienced Chartered Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Oxford University. With over 20 years of clinical experience, including 15 years in private practice, she supports adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

Dr Kavita specialises in evidence-based psychological therapies such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR. She is also trained in the assessment and diagnosis of ADHD and Autism in adults.
