"We are a warm and friendly Nottingham City Centre based Yoga Studio and Yoga School. We were the first UK based Yoga Studio to be accredited to the enhanced Yoga Teacher Training standards, set by Yoga Alliance (USA), and the only one in Nottingham. Our timetable reflects our ethos, of “Yoga for All”. The variety of classes include Hot, Aerial, Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha, and Restorative. We also offer specialties class such as beginners, mothers and babies/toddlers, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Sivananda and Strala. Our teachers have diverse backgrounds and have taught people from all over the world. We also invite and host workshops for Yoga teachers/practitioners, and our small shop stocks quality yoga related merchandise, from leggings to mats."
